Cheryl Garcia owned a highly successful 8a graduate janitorial firm for over 11 years and has more than 3 years of consulting in the janitorial industry.  She has a vast knowledge of government contracting, workplace safety, development of policies and procedures, ergonomics, proposal writing, teaming and joint ventures.  She is responsible for forming government contract opportunities, identifying strategic alliances & preparing price and technical proposals for GPCS.
