ALISA CLARK  | PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Alisa ClarkAlisa Clark is the President  & Chief Executive Officer of Glory Professional Cleaning Services.  Her role includes but is not limited to the firm’s operations with an emphasis on customer service, client consultation and implementation of corrective action plans.

A service disabled veteran, Alisa brings with her over 22 years of experience in the field of Personnel Management with the United States Army.

Since becoming CEO, Alisa has successfully networked with businesses, including the Georgia Department of Labor, to diversify personnel and the client base at Glory Professional Cleaning Services. Her knowledge and proper handling of employee relations and human resources has proven to be a key element in the retention of a stable workforce.

Alisa demonstrates effective communication between the owner and office manager, as well as the facilities manager, by fostering positive productive quality control measures. This has enabled her to deal with issues expeditiously and thoroughly thus achieving total customer satisfaction..

TERRY E. CLARK  |  VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER

Terry ClarkTerry E. Clark is the Vice President & General Manager of Glory Professional Cleaning Services.  He directs all aspects of the firms operations specializing in the coordination of account start-ups, contract negotiations and budget development.  Terry has over 18 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry during which time he has served in every capacity.  He has brought to the company expertise in employee training, carpet and flooring, maintenance, customer relations and business management.  The development of Company Quality Control Standards was also at Terry’s leadership.

Prior to joining, Glory Professional Cleaning Services, Terry worked in the Sanitation Department of Hormel Food for 12 years.  The plant is over a million square feet and has strict FDA and OSHA safety guidelines for cleanliness.

Earlier in his career, Terry was a Supervisor and Head Custodian for Clark’s Cleaning Services; a family owned-business ran by his father Irvin Clark.  This experience proved as a valuable stepping stone for future development.
