Diversity and Women Leadership Summit

Washington, D. C.  Alisa was an attendee at the 13^th Annual Summit and sixth CEO Leadership Gala.  The 2006 Diversity and Women Leadership Summit & Gala provided a host of critical thinkers and benchmarking material.  More than 1,000 participants attended this two day event    Judge Glenda Hatchett was the moderator of the CEO Forum/Roundtable.  The panel consisted of a host of CEO’s from various corporations.  Alisa said “I think that the corporations represented, recognize the importance of diversity and inclusion”.  “The whole summit was a great and exciting experience” says Alisa.

On October 19th, the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and the Deklab County Chamber of Commerce hosted the 3rd Annual East Metro Business After Hours.  The event was sponsored and held at the Hilton Garden Inn – Stonecrest, 7890 Mall Ring Circle, Lithonia.  Glory Professional Cleaning Services (GPCS) is a member of both Chambers.  A good time was had by all attendees.

Glory Professional Cleaning Services (GPCS), a 10 year old Atlanta company has moved its headquarters to Conyers, Georgia.  The Rockdale Chamber of Commerce recently held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the company on October 19, 2006, at their new location, 959 Klondike Court, Suite 102 Conyers Ga 30094.  GPCS is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Terry and Alisa Clark.  Today, GPCS provides and manages commercial janitorial services for over 1 million plus square feet of commercial space throughout the Metro Atlanta area.  “We decided to move our headquarters to Conyers, because we are very involved and impressed with the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and like the Conyers area, because of the commercial and residential growth”, the couple says.
